Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC)

Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is an advisory group in Minnesota public schools designed to increase parental involvement in special education policy. SEAC advocates for students with disabilities and advises district leadership on program development, parental concerns, and the effective delivery of special education services.
